Every time I come out to California, I feel a need to travel down to the Pacific Coast Highway between Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz. It’s wonderful. The yellow cliffs, the long beaches, the sea fog close to the shore and the huge breakers. It’s a magical place. Here are some photos I took yesterday.

Some day I’ll drive all the way south. It’s such a beautiful drive.
Agreed. I’ve gone as far as Big Sur though I may have to wait a while before I get to do it again. California is no longer one of my regular business stops.
That can be the problem – I’ll try to get a bit more sightseeing in before I leave, but it’s hard to get the time.
